Celebrating 30 years of partnership with Cape Air

Since Angel Flight NE's very first year in 1996, Cape Air has been a trusted partner, helping ensure patients throughout the Northeast can access the life-saving medical care they need.

We were especially honored that veteran LeslieAnne's very first Angel Flight NE mission took her from Bar Harbor, Maine, to Boston for treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute aboard Cape Air's beautiful new America250 commemorative aircraft. Through our Angels for Armed Forces® program, veterans and their families receive free transportation to medical care and other support services.

Thank you, , for 30 years of partnership, generosity, and unwavering support. Together, we've helped ensure that distance is never a barrier to care, bringing hope to thousands of patients and families across the Northeast.

Here's to celebrating our shared history, and to many more years of changing lives together.

Today we're sharing this sweet smile with you. Meet Natalee, a brave 6-year-old from Syracuse, NY.

Earlier this year, Natalee and her family attended the 50 Legs Gala, where they met Air Care Alliance. During a conversation that evening, ACA suggested they reach out to Angel Flight NE for help traveling to Natalee's specialized medical appointments.

Just a few months later, thanks to our incredible partners at JetBlue, Natalee was on her way to Boston Children’s Hospital to receive the expert orthopedic care she needs.

After her trip, Natalee's mom, Michelle, shared these heartfelt words with us:

"You are not simply providing transportation—you are providing hope, reducing stress, and making a life-changing difference for families facing challenges they never expected to encounter."

Stories like Natalee's are a powerful reminder that spreading the word about Angel Flight NE truly changes lives. Every conversation, every introduction, and every shared story help connect patients and families with the care they need and deserve.

Since January, this brave 7-year-old has been traveling with Angel Flight NE to access specialized treatment for a neurological disorder at Nicklaus Children's Hospital, Florida.

Thanks to our incredible volunteer pilots providing flights within Pennsylvania, along with the generous support of JetBlue helping him travel to Florida for treatment, we are grateful to support this family throughout their journey.

We are honored to be a small part of his story and to help ensure distance is never a barrier to care.
