No wonder I’m tired. Some days, I’m not sure which role needs me most—or how much of me I have left to give. 💭

Oncologist. Physician. Mom. Leader. Mentor. Researcher. Advocate. Partner. The list goes on.

We wear so many hats, trying to give 100% to everyone while leaving little for ourselves.

The hard truth? We can’t do it all, all the time.

A reminder to myself: Be present. Do less, but do it better. Make room for what matters most. Give myself the same grace I give others. ❤️

Success isn’t about doing everything. It’s about being intentional with the time and energy we have.

Here’s to releasing the pressure to do it all—and choosing to be present for what matters most. ✨

🇪🇸ESMO 2026: Three lung cancer trials to know on Monday morning -Key takeaways from Madrid:

▶️ Small cell lung cancer: DeLLphi-305 showed that tarlatamab plus durvalumab nearly doubled median overall survival: 21.1 vs 12.7 months.

🎯 KRAS G12C-mutated lung cancer: KRASCENDO-1 found that divarasib outperformed sotorasib or adagrasib, improving overall survival from 12 to 18 months, with higher response rates and a more favorable toxicity profile.

▶️ PD-L1-high NSCLC: PERSEE showed that adding chemotherapy to pembrolizumab more than doubled progression-free survival—but increased toxicity. The findings challenge the idea that immunotherapy alone is always sufficient for patients with high PD-L1 expression.

The takeaway: Better outcomes, more treatment options, and increasingly personalized care.
