5 things to do every morning that will help you drop weight faster 👇

1️⃣ Drink 20 oz of water before coffee

➡️Helps hydration, energy, digestion, and can prevent mindless snacking later.

2️⃣Eat protein + fiber at breakfast

➡️ This combo keeps you fuller longer, helps control cravings, and prevents the “starving by 10am” feeling.

Try this:
• Greek yogurt + berries + ¼ cup granola (I love KIND Protein Max)🍓
