Kettlebell swings are one of the best full body movements you can do

Here's what to focus on:
π£ Feet slightly wider than shoulder width
π Swing the kettlebell back between your legs then drive your hips forward
πͺ Stand all the way up at the top and squeeze your core and glutes
π Create a pendulum rhythm β hips back, drive forward, squeeze at the top, repeat
