NEW YEAR • NEW SHOP POLICY APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS
• A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to book all tattoo appointments.
• Shop minimum is $80.
• Deposits must be paid via Cash or Zelle.
• Deposits will be applied toward the final tattoo price when you arrive for your appointment. RESCHEDULING
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to keep your deposit.
• One reschedule allowed per appointm

ent.
• Saturday appointments are non-reschedulable.
• Canceling or rescheduling a Saturday appointment will result in loss of deposit. NO-SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS
• Failure to show up or provide proper notice will result in forfeiture of deposit.
• Clients arriving 20 minutes late will forfeit their deposit.
• No-shows will be added to our no-show list and may be restricted from future bookings. NO REFUND POLICY
• We have a strict NO REFUNDS policy.
• This includes tattoos, deposits, and all services.
• Deposits are nonrefundable due to the time and effort put into each appointment. TOUCH-UP POLICY
• One free touch-up is guaranteed.
• Touch-ups must be scheduled within 4–6 weeks of the original appointment.
18 & UNDER POLICY
• A parent or legal guardian must be present and sign a consent form. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
• Parent or guardian valid ID.
• Child’s birth certificate with parent’s name listed.
• Child’s ID (school ID, driver’s license, or permit accepted). • Required for every tattoo.
