It’s all about the sequence! 👇

The lymphatic system acts as a “pressure relief system,” which means the lymph nodes need to be released in a specific order to reduce pressure and “create space” for the next areas to drain fluid into.

Think of it like a highway 🚗💨: you need to move the cars closest to the exit first, then work your way back down the road. If the exit is congested, there’s nowhere for the traffic behind it to go.

The same principle applies to lymphatic drainage — the order matters!
