Clubhouse 1 Hours: Clubhouse 1 will be closed Tuesday morning, June 2nd, and will reopen at 4:00 PM. All other hours remain the same.

10:00 AM UPDATE: THIS BREAK HAS BEEN FIXED AND THE ROAD IS OPEN TO TRAFFIC.

Water Main Break Notice – Moon Circle, Limerick

There is currently a water main break on Moon Circle in Limerick. At this time, Moon Circle is closed between Chickadee Lane and Blue Bird Drive while crews work to make repairs. Please avoid the area if possible and use caution around workers and equipment.

Members in the surrounding area may experience temporary drops in water pressure and/or discolored (brown) water during the repair process. If discoloration occurs, please run cold water until it clears.

We appreciate your patience as our crew works as quickly and safely as possible.

Please be advised that tree removal work is taking place this morning, Wednesday, May 27th, near the New Dam Road Postal Cluster Boxes. Members traveling through the area are asked to use caution and be aware of workers and equipment in the area.

We wanted to share a few important community updates and reminders as we head into the holiday weekend!

Outdoor Pool Now Open:
We are excited to announce that the Outdoor Pool at Clubhouse 2 is officially open for the season! We hope everyone enjoys a safe and relaxing summer at the pool.

Materials Available:
Lake Arrowhead Community currently has both unscreened fill and screened loam available. Please contact the office to order.

Holiday Hours & Closures:
Office - Closed
Clubhouse 2 - Closed
Clubhouse 1 - Open from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Call to Candidates Information:
Information regarding the upcoming Call to Candidates will be mailed out within the next couple of days. Please keep an eye on your mailbox if you are interested in participating in the upcoming election process.

Water Main Break Notice – Crescent Drive, North Waterboro

At this time, homes in the area are maintaining adequate water pressure. Our Public Works Crew is currently onsite locating the break and beginning repair work.

During repairs, members in the surrounding area may experience temporary drops in water pressure and the possibility of discolored (brown) water. This is a normal part of the repair process. If discoloration occurs, please run cold water until it clears.

We will continue to provide updates as work progresses. Thank you for your patience and understanding as our crew works to resolve the issue as quickly and safely as possible.

🚧 Road Work Notice – Diamond Drive 🚧

The Public Works Crew will be performing ditching and road maintenance work on Diamond Drive in North Waterboro beginning today, May 18th.

During this time, residents may experience temporary delays, increased equipment traffic, and occasional road closures or lane restrictions while work is underway. Detours may be necessary at certain times, and we ask that all residents follow posted signage and any directions provided by crew members for everyone’s safety.

Please use caution in the area and reduce speed, to help our crew complete the work safely and efficiently.
