Being a clinic owner means wearing every hat.
Yes, you’re seeing patients, making clinical decisions, and providing care — but when the day is over, there’s still a business to run.
You’re also the one:
🧹 Cleaning when it needs to be cleaned
🗑️ Taking the trash out
🔧 Fixing little things when something breaks
📦 Unpacking supplies and organizing inventory
📞 Answering calls and handling the behind-the-scenes work
🧾 Dealing with paperwork, bills, vendors, and everything in between
💻 Working on the business even after the clinical day is done
Some days, you’re the provider.
Some days, you’re the receptionist.
Some days, you’re the janitor, maintenance person, manager, and problem-solver — sometimes all in the same day. 😂
But that’s the beauty of building something that is yours.
You don’t do every job because you have to prove anything. You do it because you care. Because you’re invested. Because this clinic is your vision, your hard work, and your dream.
There’s no job “too small” when you’re building something you’re passionate about.
So yes… I’m the provider.
But I’m also the owner. ❤️
And I wouldn’t have it any other way.
