Just the view from the parking lot at the cottages this morning😍🤩

Getting up early only feels challenging for a sec. Once you get here, roll out your mat and just start moving, you will ALWAYS be glad you did it!!

The ridiculous laughter is an added bonus…and core burner🤣👏🏻

And don’t worry, if you’re not a morning person, we have classes every Monday-Thursday evening!

The only thing we really take serious is YOUR wellbeing!

We created Find Your WAE for the person who desires consistency in movement, meditation and mindset work, but doesn’t feel like they are “good at it.”

We wanted to provide you a space where you can come exactly as you are and LEARN how to honor your body and your mind.

We wanted you to laugh, be yourself, and feel proud of every single step you take to evolve!

We wanted to create an environment that doesn’t require perfection, it just requires PRESENCE!

We love welcoming into the cottages and witnessing your growth every single day!

Being a Reiki Master doesn’t make you an expert. In fact, it makes you an even stronger STUDENT!

What we have learned over the years in this practice is that you never truly master reiki, because there is always more to learn and embrace when it comes to healing.

We are here to teach you the more in depth parts of the practice so that you can walk with reiki every day in your life!

The Master is your opportunity to strengthen your intuition, learn advanced symbols and techniques and allow yourself to continue to be a student of reiki.

We are hosting a Master Level training on Saturday, and your only prerequisite is that you have learned levels 1 & 2! It’s totally ok if you were certified elsewhere, we are humbled to take you and your energy to the next level!
