💊 Need Help Paying for Your Prescriptions? We May Be Able to Help!

Chenango Health Network's Prescription Assistance Program helps eligible Chenango County residents access the medications they need.

✔️ Long-Term Prescription Assistance
We help uninsured and underinsured individuals determine eligibility and apply for pharmaceutical company assistance programs.
✔️ Emergency Prescription Assistance
For unexpected prescription needs, we may be able to provide one-time financial assistance for eligible medications.

💡 You might be surprised by what could qualify. Some items covered through our program are ones people don't expect to be eligible. If you're unsure, give us a call—you never know what assistance may be available!

Come together for an evening of hope, remembrance, and celebration as we honor cancer survivors, remember loved ones, and support those currently facing cancer.

Every step taken and every luminary purchased helps support the Chenango Health Network Baker's Benefits Cancer Assistance Fund, providing assistance to local individuals and families impacted by cancer.
