At VECTOR, we don’t bill your health insurance for our care. You know the cost of your visit or membership, and payment is made directly to the practice.

That doesn’t mean you have to give up your health insurance. You can keep your coverage for the other healthcare services you may need.

A testosterone result is useful information.

But it’s not the whole evaluation.

When a man comes in concerned about fatigue, decreased libido, changes in strength, body composition, or how he feels overall, we don’t make a treatment decision from one laboratory value.

Symptoms matter. So do sleep, medications, metabolic health, other medical conditions, and appropriately timed laboratory testing.

Testosterone may be part of what’s going on.

What does direct-pay healthcare actually mean?

At VECTOR Medical & Concierge, it means we don’t bill your insurance for your care. Instead, you pay the practice directly through your membership or for the individual services you choose.

That allows us to build a different kind of practice—one centered around access, communication, continuity, and having time to understand what’s actually going on.

Insurance can still be used outside VECTOR for things such as medications, laboratory testing, imaging, specialists, or hospital care when appropriate.

Direct-pay doesn’t mean less medical care.

It means a simpler relationship between you and the practice providing it.
