Behind every recovery plan at Oakland Rehab is a team working together.

We’re proud to offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy up to seven days a week, based on each patient’s individualized plan. Our PT, OT, and SLP professionals collaborate under PM&R oversight to keep recovery coordinated, personal, and focused on what matters to each patient.

That teamwork is central to our physiatrist-led orthopedic rehabilitation program. Through multidisciplinary care, customized recovery planning, and discharge support, OrthoWin helps patients rebuild strength and mobility as they work toward greater independence and a confident return home.

Oakland Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is proud to welcome Dr. Reza Farhangfar as co-director of our RespiraCare pulmonary rehabilitation program. Dr. Farhangfar brings expertise in pulmonology, sleep medicine, and pulmonary critical care as he joins Dr. Rakesh Sharma and Dr. Malwinder Singh in supporting patients with complex respiratory needs.
