We are proudly spotlighting Kimberly Lamarco, Speech Language Pathologist, here at Arbor Ridge Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center!
As someone who leads with both her heart and purpose, Kimberly chose Speech and Language Pathology as her profession as it brings together communication, healing, advocacy, and human connection. Another reason for this choice was her motivation and desire to hear those who feel unheard, bring compassion to difficult situations, and ultimately help others regain confidence and independence.
At our center, Kimberly is there for our patients during vulnerable moments, such as swallowing difficulties, stroke recovery, dementia and cognitive decline, illness, and recovery, meeting them with patience and genuine compassion.
Kimberly celebrates the small victories and acknowledges the rewarding feeling of when a patient safely eats again, someone finds their words after a stroke, a happily confused resident is feeling understood, and a family finally gets answers and the support they need.
