Think you’re using sunscreen correctly? Most people miss a few important rules. ☀️

Daily sun protection is about more than just applying SPF once and hoping for the best.

- SPF 30+ or higher
- Broad spectrum protection
- Reapply every 2 hours outdoors
- Reapply after swimming or sweating
- Don’t forget commonly missed spots like your ears, neck, chest, hands, and feet

And yes… even water-resistant sunscreen needs reapplication.

Skin cancer isn’t always easy to recognize, and not every spot looks the same. 🔎
BCC, SCC, and melanoma are the three most common types of skin cancer, but each can appear differently and carry different levels of risk.

• BCC is the most common and often slow growing
• SCC may appear scaly or crusted and can spread if untreated
• Melanoma is the most dangerous and should never be ignored

If you notice a spot that’s changing, bleeding, crusting, itching, or simply doesn’t look right, it’s time to get it checked.
