bāsalt is the home of the HAF-BÄDĒ session.
It is a good way to focus on an area of chronic stress—to become more self-aware—to retrain your brain to recognize the way it feels when you let go—so you can replicate the regulation in different surroundings.
It is also a great tune up between workouts when half of your body might be too sore for a massage—as the client that laid on the table right after I took this picture. 😉
