Ready to take your yoga practice to the next level?

Embarking on the journey of yoga teacher training isn’t just about learning the poses, theory, or how to teach a class — it’s also about learning deeply about yourself.

The journey takes you within to explore the deeper reaches of your mind, body, and soul.

With a blend of self-inquiry and practiced embodiment within a supportive space, you are given the tools to connect with what matters most to you.

It’s more than learning how to teach - it’s about learning to become the best version of you possible.

Our 200 hour yoga teacher training will prepare you to teach and practice on a deeper level. This is the foundational training needed to teach in yoga studios. Learn the skills to safely and confidently teach vinyasa flow, power, restorative, and yin yoga.

This summer, challenge yourself to do something new!

Complimentary in studio, beach, and dock yoga classes and most summer specialty workshops included for all teacher training students from June 20th - August 30th.

8th Summer on the bay with Paddle & Meditate and WE CAN’T WAIT!

Monday night Sunset Paddle & Meditate starts June 22nd & runs every Monday this summer!

Join us for a relaxing paddle around the back bay in Ocean City, New Jersey, followed by a guided meditation and mini reiki session on the floating dock.

Beginners (to all of the above) welcome! We’ll teach you everything you need to know to safely paddle. Kayaks an option for those who prefer to sit instead of stand.

With an understanding of sound frequencies and sound vibrational therapy, she uses instruments like crystal bowls, energy chimes, and tuning forks to create immersive soundscapes that promote relaxation, healing, and transformation.

Passionate about holistic well-being, Andrea works with individuals and groups to release stress, restore energy flow, and foster a sense of peace and harmony. She brings a compassionate and intuitive approach to each session, creating a safe and nurturing space for personal growth, and wellness in self-healing.

Join Jill Yank-Hansen and Michelle Simmons for a nurturing 75-minute journey that blends the wisdom of somatic Yin & Restorative yoga with the healing touch of intentional, mini massage in each pose by a licensed massage therapist.

Jill Yank-Hanson is the founder of Unburden & Align, where she blends somatic movement, yin yoga, and energy work to support release, reconnection, and self-trust.

She is a Reiki Master, trained by Soul Dreams owner Erica Onofrio, and brings a grounded, intuitive approach to her classes - creating a space where students can slow down, tune in, move from a more authentic place, and return to themselves.

Michelle Simmons is a licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies through healing movement, relaxation, and mindfulness. With experience in both massage therapy and yoga-based wellness practices, her goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where people can slow down, release stress, and feel more balanced physically and mentally. Through this combined yoga and massage experience, she hopes to help students nurture themselves, restore energy, and leave feeling grounded and cared for.
