Congratulations to RN CM Jennifer Conz (Lawton, OK), one of our ABCD Award winners for the first quarter of 2026! 🎊 Jennifer (on right) received her ABCD certificate from RN DO Stephanie Proffitt.
The employee who nominated Jennifer for this award said:
"Jennifer recently returned to our branch, and although this is an entirely new team for her, she stepped right in as if she had always been part of the group. From the beginning, she has shown strong teamwork and a natural willingness to support those around her.
Jennifer does an excellent job managing her patients and consistently provides high-quality care. What truly makes her stand out, however, is her willingness to help wherever she is needed. While Lawton is her primary service area, she frequently steps in to assist in Ardmore and often works weekends there to help ensure patient needs are met.
What makes this even more meaningful is that Jennifer never complains about the additional work. She is genuinely happy to support her coworkers and serve the community. Her positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to always step up for others truly set her apart."
