Neffy became a CNA after caring for her grandmother and experiencing the joy of caring for someone who could not care for themself. Neffy loves helping others maintain their sense of purpose and dignity. She aims to bring joy to Dayspring participants each day.

Age or dis✨ability✨ doesn’t change a person's purpose. 💙 While our goal is to help loved ones stay safely in their homes for as long as possible, our day program gives them a welcoming, comfortable facility to come to during the day where they can learn, stay active, and live with meaning.

Integration into the community matters and Dayspring’s weekly outings offer a variety of opportunities to interact in our community. Movie days are special to us because we get to watch a movie with friends, and popcorn is a favorite snack.

Sharon believes in adult day services because of the opportunities available to participants and their caregivers. Her time spent as Dayspring Director helped fuel her passion for populations she feels are underserved. Sharon's leadership focuses on promoting dignity, independence, and meaningful daily experiences for every individual in her care.
