Did you know that the American Association of Orthodontists recommends that children have an orthodontic screening by age 7️⃣. This helps Drs. Richard and Gretter Hannah determine if orthodontic treatment is necessary and the best time to begin.

We're excited for Holly to begin Phase 1 treatment! 😁 She has been our patient for over a year. Our doctors have worked with her to begin her early treatment at the optimal time for her teeth and development. Holly chose rainbow bands 🌈 to get started! She looks GREAT!!! 👍🏼👍🏼 Holly is on her way to a beautiful smile!!

True orthodontic emergencies are very rare, but when they do occur, we are here for you. Give us a call if you experience severe pain or have a painful appliance problem that you can’t resolve yourself. We will schedule an appointment to address the issue.

We see patients for emergency situations at our Olathe office every Wednesday and at our Emporia office on alternating Mondays and Tuesdays.

It is National Tooth Fairy Day!! ✨🧚‍♀️ Did you know that the Tooth Fairy has been around since mid 1920's? The Tooth Fairy was first introduced in a play written in 1927. In the play, the Tooth Fairy had the power to fly around visiting young children who had placed their baby teeth under their pillow. The Tooth Fairy exchanged the baby teeth also known as the milk teeth with a small gift. 🦷
Today, kids receive about $3.70 per tooth!!! The Tooth Fairy has definitely experienced inflation over the years!! ✨🧚‍♀️
