Most families wait until the meltdown to figure out what helps. This changes that. 📋 Fill this out together before the hard moment — so everyone knows the plan when it counts.

Save this and do it tonight.

This Veterans Day, we honor the courage, sacrifice, and humanity of those who have served.

Many veterans carry invisible wounds alongside the visible ones. Mental health support is not weakness — it is care, healing, and strength in action.

Connection, safety, community, and compassionate support matter. A simple check-in, a listening ear, or access to quality mental health care can make a profound difference.

To all veterans and military families: thank you for your service, your resilience, and your sacrifices. You do not have to carry it all alone. ❤️

You're not working toward "normal." You're working toward whole. 💛

This week's challenge: Try swapping your child's usual go-to for something different. 🧪

If they usually reach for a fidget → try jumping, dancing, or big body movement instead.
If they usually pull away → try parallel play: just be in the same room, no pressure.
If they usually want to talk it out → try making something together — art, cooking, anything hands-on.

You might stumble onto a new tool by accident. 💡

Try one this week and drop what happened in the comments 👇

The meltdown after school? That’s actually trust. The wiggling during homework? That’s their brain asking for help. 🧠

Every “behavior” is communication — and when you understand what’s behind it, everything shifts.

Swipe to see what’s really going on (and what actually helps). 👉

You won’t remember every bedtime story. They won’t remember every snack you packed.
But they will remember how safe they felt with you. 🌿

Say it louder for the parents in the back. 📢

“Your child‘s mental health is more important than their grades.”

A child who is anxious, burned out, or emotionally dysregulated cannot learn — no matter how hard they try. The grade is a symptom. The child is what matters.
Before you ask ”Did you finish your homework?“ tonight, try:

✨ Tell me something you are proud of today.

Connection first. Everything else follows. 💛

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we want to say something parents don’t hear enough:

You cannot pour from an empty cup 💛

When you prioritize your own mental health — whether that’s therapy, rest, saying no, or just asking for help — you’re not being selfish. You’re modeling something priceless for your kids:

That emotions matter. That humans need care. That asking for support is brave, not weak.

So this month, if you’ve been putting your mental health last — consider this your permission slip to move it up the list. 🌿

💬 Drop a 💛 if this hits home.

April 30th doesn’t get to be the finish line. 💛
Acceptance isn’t something we practice one month a year — it’s something we model for our kids every single day. And honestly? They’re pretty great teachers too.

Here’s to showing up for our neurodivergent kiddos all year long. 🌈♾️
