💜 Meet Our Administrator – Courtney Jacobs

At Monarch Hospice of Nebraska, compassionate leadership starts with people who truly understand the importance of end-of-life care—and we are proud to introduce our Administrator, Courtney Jacobs.

Courtney has worked in healthcare since 2016, beginning her career as a CNA before advancing into leadership roles within the private duty home care industry. She earned her Associate of Science in the Occupational Therapy Assistant program, followed by her Bachelor of Health Science in Health Services Administration from Washburn University.

Over the years, Courtney has witnessed firsthand the profound impact hospice care has on patients and families. For the past two years, she has focused exclusively on hospice care, helping lead a start-up hospice organization that achieved a deficiency-free survey—a reflection of her dedication to quality, compassion, and excellence in care.

Courtney is passionate about building trust and creating an environment where patients, families, and staff feel valued, supported, and understood.

“My greatest privilege in the healthcare industry, specifically hospice, is the opportunity to accompany patients and their families during the final stages of their journey. Being part of such a profound and delicate time in their lives is an honor. I strive to help them navigate this journey with compassion, dignity, and respect.”
