Beyond traditional rehabilitation medicine, Key Complete Therapies. also provides community-based wellness programming for specialized populations. This includes seniors and those with medical and physical limitations that prevent them from participating in a traditional group fitness program.

At KCT, we incorporate vibration therapy into occupational and physical therapy sessions to promote muscle engagement, body awareness, strength, sensory integration, and participation in functional activities. It’s one of many tools we use to help clients reach their goals in a fun and motivating way!

In honor of Speech Therapy Month, some of our SLPs wanted to share a simple tip that every parent can use to encourage communication at home: reading to your child every day!

Even if it’s just a short book, or the same favorite book over and over again, that’s wonderful! Repetition helps children build language, learn new words, strengthen attention, and create meaningful opportunities for connection and communication.

Little moments like reading together can make a big impact on communication development!

Happy Speech Therapy Month! ✨

This week, we’re excited to spotlight Katy Miller, CCC-SLP! Katy joined Key in September 2023 and has brought so much passion and energy to our team ever since. 💜

Katy specializes in feeding and language therapy for individuals post stroke/TBI and loves using play-based therapy to encourage language development in natural settings.

Outside of work, Katy enjoys being outdoors, walking her dog, and working out at the gym. We’re also so excited for her upcoming wedding this June! 💍🤍

Young Athletes Track & Field Camp is officially up and running, and we are having SO much fun! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🎉

Our athletes have been working hard on running, throwing, jumping, teamwork skills, and emotional regulation while building confidence and having a blast with friends! We love seeing each athlete grow, encourage one another, and celebrate their accomplishments each week.

This month, we’re highlighting our amazing SLPs, starting with Erin Reynolds, M.S., CCC-SLP! Erin joined Key in September 2024 and specializes in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).

“I enjoy working with all ages because every stage of life presents unique opportunities to support communication and improve quality of life.”

Erin loves using play-based therapy to create natural, meaningful learning opportunities and enjoys incorporating each person’s unique interests to build motivation and encourage communication.

When she’s not in therapy sessions, Erin enjoys spending time outside with her dog, Toad, going for walks, reading, and practicing yoga.

Happy OT Month Staff Shoutout! 🎉

To round out OT month, we’re celebrating Miranda Skarupa, OTD, OTR/L! Miranda joined Key Complete Therapy in May of 2024 and is PAMS certified, bringing a wealth of knowledge and versatility to our team. She works across a diverse caseload and truly enjoys treating clients across the entire lifespan, but if she had to choose a favorite, pediatrics holds a special place in her heart!

Miranda has a passion for emotional and sensory regulation, with a strong interest in mental health. She takes a sensory-based, client-led approach to therapy, creating sessions that are engaging, supportive, and meaningful. By following each client’s interests and incorporating sensory input, she helps build regulation, participation, and functional skills in a way that feels natural and motivating.

Outside of work, Miranda loves spending time with her family, especially her two nephews, who mean the world to her! She and her husband enjoy completing puzzles together, and her dogs Ralphie and Toby keep her busy! You can also find her unwinding with game shows or a good rom-com!

We are so lucky to have Miranda on our team! Her passion and dedication shine through in everything she does!

We’re excited to highlight Mackenzie, who joined the Key Complete Therapy team in September 2025!

Mackenzie is LSVT BIG certified and also holds certification in Physical Agent Modalities, bringing a diverse and skilled approach to her treatments. She enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan with a special passion for neurological rehabilitation, pediatrics, and manual therapy.

✨ Mackenzie loves helping patients build functional skills while making therapy engaging, meaningful, and tailored to their unique needs.
