Celebrating your "wins". One of the tools I share with clients and use for myself- at the end of the day, giving yourself credit for what you did (for others, yourself) as well as the glimmers from just living another day- with eyes open to magic. And sometimes a "win" includes a time of rest, guilt-free!

Did you have a favorite tree as a child? Mine was the tree my brother and I would climb in our front yard. It had the perfect branch to sit upon, and it felt so special to be held above ground and rooted to the earth at the same time. Magical! How about you?
