❄️ Need a place to cool off? ❄️

The Montclair Senior Center is open as a Cooling Center Monday through Thursday, August 24–27, from 1:00–6:00 PM.

If you or someone you know needs relief from the heat, stop by, stay cool, and stay safe. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water and check in on friends, family, and neighbors during periods of extreme heat. 💙

El Centro para Personas Mayores de Montclair está abierto como Centro de Enfriamiento de lunes a jueves, del 24 al 27 de agosto, de 1:00 a 6:00 p.m.

With high temperatures in our area, remember to take care of yourself and your loved ones. If you need a place to cool down, the City of Ontario’s Cooling Centers are open and ready to help.

💧 Stay hydrated

🏠 Visit a cooling center if you need relief from the heat
❤️ Check in on family, friends, and neighbors

Stop by the Montclair Community Center, Thursday, August 20, 2026, for our Food Distribution event.

Montclair, CA 91763
9:30 am - 10:30 am

« All participants are responsible for picking up their food in the Community Center and taking it to their car.
Food will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis or while supplies last.
Please park in the Montclair Civic Center parking lots.
This program is coordinated with the Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County. To qualify, you must bring a valid ID and live in San Bernardino County.

Commodities may include canned meat, canned vegetables, flour, cornmeal, pudding, sauces, pasta, juices, and frozen items. The commodities change from month to month.

Call (909) 625-9456 for information on qualifying income guidelines, confirmation of dates, and food items. Please refer to The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) 2025 Income Guidelines to determine if you qualify.

The Senior Mobile Pantry Program by Feeding America will take place, Wednesday, August 26
from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (or until supplies last) in the Montclair Recreation Center Patio (5111 Benito Street).

All participants bring the following:
- A form of identification.
- A grocery pushcart for quick loading.
USDA Income Guidelines are as follows:
- Household Size 1: Monthly Income $2,661.38.
- Household Size 2: Monthly Income $3,585.71.
- Household Size 3: Monthly Income $4,510.04.
- Household Size 4: Monthly Income $5,434.38.

*Proof of income is NOT required. You will be asked to self-declare income.

*Food kits vary and may provide a selection of fruit, juice, vegetables, milk, cheese, grains, protein, and are distributed based on aforementioned USDA income guidelines.
