Some family stories take extra time, extra support, and so much hope along the way. Christian and Mark’s story is one of them.

After years of wanting a child and navigating the road in front of them, they welcomed their son Francis through IVF, with the help of a surrogate and an egg donor who was already part of their family story. It is a beautiful example of how love, community, and family building can come together in such meaningful ways.

Their story is a reminder that there is no one shape a family has to take. There are many paths, and each one deserves to be celebrated.

There is something so special about getting to witness both a first yes and a returning yes. 💗

Engel completed her medical screening at for her first journey with Joy of Life, full of excitement for what is ahead. Jasmine completed her medical screening there as well for her second journey with us, and supporting her again feels like such a gift.

We are so grateful for the heart both of these women are bringing into this process and so proud to be part of their stories.
