I think one of the biggest misconceptions about mediumship is that you either have “the gift” or you don't.

I don't really see it that way anymore.

The more I've learned about my own intuition and connection to Spirit, the more I think we're all way more sensitive than we realize...we just don't always know what we're noticing yet.

This story makes a lot more sense in the context of the whole episode 😂

The point wasn't really just changing “what's wrong with me?” to “what's right with me?” — it was that my mom had to actually notice herself enough to catch that she was saying it in the first place.

And that's really what so much of this episode came back to. If you want to understand your intuition better, you have to start noticing yourself first. Your thoughts, your patterns, what you're feeling, what you're doing automatically without even realizing it.
