Inspiration Thursday

Last night during our Sacred Soul Gathering (the recording will be available later this month), we talked about how remembering and allowing Universal Truths to guide us can support us in the most amazing ways.

When we allow our soul to guide us through these innate truths, they become our True North. They can bring us back to center simply by remembering, pausing, and taking a deep breath.

Life isn't about living it perfectly. It's about recognizing when we are out of balance, out of alignment, or dysregulated, and then allowing our truths to bring us back "home." Perhaps that is one of the greatest ways we can learn to walk our path.

My favorite Universal Truths, along with those listed below, are:

I AM Love.

I AM always connected. We are all connected. We are all Light. There is NO way to be disconnected from Source because we are an extension of Source.

We are always exactly where we need to be on our path. Our path has our back. Just keep walking.
