“but what about bottled alkaline water?!”

nope - that stuff is nothing like the real deal

it’s comparing apples to oranges and here’s why..

the pH in electrolyzed reduced water is alkalized naturally by the restructuring of the water through the electrolysis process

bottled alkaline water appears to have a higher (seemingly alkaline) pH because of chemical additives like baking soda

this does NOT have the health benefits of true alkaline water

it’s nothing more than a marketing gimmick with no science to back it up

and despite those pretty “bpa free” labels on bottled water, micro plastics are still present

they’re impossible to avoid when this precious life source is being stored in plastic bottles at high temperatures, for an unknown amount of time before it reaches your grocery store

not to mention they didn’t just “remove” the bpa from this process - it’s since been replaced by other chemical compounds that are arguably worse for our health and even less biodegradable 🌎

At the end of the day, optimum hydration comes down to..

our bodies are exposed to toxic free radicals (unstable molecules with unpaired electrons) through everyday living and activity

common causes of exposure to free radicals are: stress, air pollution, environmental toxins, sleep deprivation, electromagnetic fields (EMF), poor diets, and strenuous exercise

this translates to inflammation, pain, degenerative diseases, and premature aging
