Unidentified Male found on Lake St.

If you know the male party in the attached photo, please contact Webster Police at 508-943-1212. The male party appears to be in his 20’s or 30’s and is non-verbal. He was located on Lake St. and transported to a local hospital. He is as yet unidentified and any assistance is greatly appreciated.
