When you asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up… it was never this. 😂

“Certified Natural Health Professional.”

What even IS that?! 🤣

If you would have told me 10 years ago that God would transform my life SO drastically that I couldn’t do anything other than be obedient to Him to the best of my abilities, I probably would have laughed in your face.

Obedience.
Just that word used to make my entire body tense up and get ready to fight.

I’m pretty sure I’d have a diagnosis if I were born in this generation. 🤣

But God. ❤️

Tomorrow, I officially open the doors of Joyful Living at Youthful Rejuvenations, Youthful Health & Wellness, and I am completely in awe of how much HE has moved, opened doors, and orchestrated every little detail to make this happen.

I get to do what I LOVE.
I get to do it close to home.
I get to be close to my boy while he’s at school.
And I get to serve and build relationships in a community I am so excited to know better.

None of this looks like what I thought my life would look like.

And honestly?

I wouldn’t change it.

God has taken something I never could have imagined and turned it into something I can’t imagine NOT doing. 💜

Becoming renewed and finding the ability to take every thought captive and obedient to Christ isn't just a faith issue.

Your nervous system runs your entire body.

If it is struggling so is every system in your body which eventually leads to dis-ease.

Things your body is exposed to daily absolutely matters, but when the nervous system is able to do it's job, they have way less effect on us 🫶

I named it this for this reason. My goal is to lead every client who trusts me with their body towards joy.

And I don't just mean "happiness", that is fleeting... I mean true joy the Lord promises us through His spirit.

I want to help you "shake off all that hinders" you from a life you were made to live 💜 and a body that was made to thrive.👏

✨ A Different Conversation About Homeopathy ✨

As I’ve mentioned before, homeopathy isn’t something that receives a lot of research attention here in the United States. But that doesn’t mean research and clinical use don’t exist elsewhere in the world. 🌎

Other countries have incorporated homeopathy into their healthcare systems and continue to study and report on its use—including its potential role in supporting emotional and mental well-being.

I’ll put a link in the first comment to an interesting article from the UAE discussing the use of homeopathy in mental health. I think it’s worth reading and exploring with an open mind. 💜
