Barry is a California board certified cosmetologist, a wholistic health practitioner, and a wholistic massage therapist recently graduating from the prestigious Sky Hill Institute. He has been a professional in the salon service and related retail arena for over 30 years, having working at San Francisco’s very exclusive salon environments, and owned and operated a number of salons including the Barry London salon in Sausalito Ca., widely recognized at the time a hair salon “home” for the elite celebrities hiding in the S.F. Barry has been a dedicated athlete in his personal life, completing four official marathons and ultra marathons. He is a world class innovator in mountain biking having created an internationally recognized Mountain bike event - the first 100-mile dirt ride ever and is considered one of the pioneers of the mountain bike. He is in the hall of fame of mountain biking located in Crested Butte Colorado Barry has had a lifelong fascination with optimum health for the body, mind, and spirit. In practicing and observing the practices and modalities best suited for the nurturing of elevated health and well being such as yoga, tai chi., meditation and massage, he shares the opinion that there has never been a better time to introduce an integrated approach to organic lifestyles which marries the outward presentation of haute coiffure, hair, style, skin care, and hygiene, with the inner support through elevated organic nutrition, healing exercise, and positive services and organic beauty products at the same source.
