✨ How We Start the Day at R3 Miracles: Blissed + Blessed ✨
Before the sessions, classes, healing, and creating begin, we intentionally set the energy of the space. 🤍
🕯️ LIGHT — We light a white candle, preferably a Jesus candle, representing divine light, peace, purity, protection, and the presence of God. We begin with the intention: Only love and the highest good enter here.
🌿 CLEAR — We burn sage to clear and refresh the space. Traditionally, sage has been used for purification and cleansing. Its aroma can also create a grounding ritual that signals the mind and body that it’s time to become present, centered, and intentional.
🪵 CALL IN — After clearing, we burn Palo Santo. Instead of only focusing on what we’re releasing, we intentionally add in the energy we want to experience: love, joy, abundance, healing, creativity, peace, and PROGRESS. ✨
Palo Santo has a long history of ceremonial and traditional use. Its aromatic compounds, including limonene, are studied for potential antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity, while its warm, woody scent is often used to support relaxation and grounding. Spiritually, Palo Santo is traditionally associated with purification, protection, uplifting energy, and welcoming positive intentions.
Our morning practice is simple:
LIGHT → CLEAR → CALL IN → CREATE.
