Anna specializes in therapeutic, results-driven bodywork designed to support recovery, mobility, and overall well-being. Her approach combines clinical precision with an intuitive, calming touch—relieving tension, improving function, and helping the body perform and feel its best.

Anna integrates a range of modalities including Deep Tissue therapies including Sports Massage, Cupping, IASTM, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Neuromuscular Techniques. She also offers Prenatal and Swedish—customizing each session to the individual.

We’re so excited to welcome Kirana to the Natural Balance team! 🌿✨

Kirana is a Certified Neurosomatic Specialist (CNS), trained at the Center for Neurosomatic Studies in Clearwater. With a background as a professional dancer, and Certified Yoga Therapist accredited through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT), she has a strong understanding of anatomy, movement, and body awareness.

Kirana has been involved in research during her training at Center for Neurosomatic Studies, and won the silver award for the Massage Therapy Foundation’s international case report competition in 2024. She will be published in the International Journal of Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork in September 2026!

With Neurosomatic Therapy (NST), Kirana focuses on helping patients return to balance and out of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction through postural assessment and targeted neuromuscular massage techniques. These tools along with patient symptoms help to create a personalized treatment plan targeting specific muscles that may be contributing to pain. She also offers full body therapeutic massage sessions for general body maintenance!

Kirana has a genuine passion for holistic healing and the mind-body connection. She is proud to be part of the Natural Balance team and looks forward to restoring balance, alignment and ease with her clients.
