Yeah, I know what this looks like. And I'm here to tell you — this is the wrong goal.

👉 The six-pack is a side effect. Not the point.

The mirror can't measure what actually matters.
→ Can you do the things you love without your body slowing you down?
→ Can you move through your day with energy left over at the end of it?
→ Can you live the second half of your life better than the first?

That's the real scorecard. The people I train who are in the best shape of their lives aren't training to look good.

They're training to live fully.

To show up strong for the people they love.
