It all seemed a good idea when we registered a few months ago! Whilst I’m not advocating being ill-prepared for a marathon, I am reflecting on perspective and mindset - we will run/walk and finish together, as I keep saying “It’ll be a family day out by the sea!” 🤣🏃‍♀️🏃🏼‍♂️🏃‍♀️☀️

Been supporting my cousin Steve Butler over the past few weeks so that he can run the Farleigh Hospice Santa 5k in memory of my Uncle who passed away in March. This morning he ran his first Chelmsford Central parkrun with me, no walking and finished strong - very proud, look at that smile! 😀 💪🏃🏼‍♂️🙌
