I’m finally sitting down after a whirlwind day and trying to take it all in. 🖤
Today was one of those days that makes you stop and think about how much can change in a year. I felt so much love and support today, and I don’t think I could ever fully explain how much that means to me.
A year ago, I was in the middle of a lot of life changes. Family health issues. Kids growing up and learning their own way. Taking a leap in business and trying to figure out what this next chapter was going to look like. I knew I loved what I did and wanted to keep doing it — I just wasn’t exactly sure how all of the pieces were going to fit.
But wow… they did.

We also welcomed 150 new clients through the doors, along with so many of my amazing longtime clients who came right along with me. Some of you have been with me long before this chapter started, and that means more than you know.
And somewhere in between all of those appointments, some pretty amazing things happened too.
Lookworthy appeared on FOX59 with Sherman, joined the Pendleton Chamber, celebrated a ribbon cutting with the Madison County Chamber Alliance, became a Silver FAB sponsor, joined HOPE for Madison County, added new services and products, invested in new equipment and continued finding ways to grow and be better for my clients.
We were also recognized in 7 Best of Madison County categories!

I get to show up every day and do something I genuinely love. I get to laugh with you, listen to you, celebrate with you, sometimes cry with you, and hopefully give you a place to shut the rest of the world out for a little while.
And somehow, you all let me call this my job.
None of this happens without the people behind the scenes. My amazing husband, my parents, my kids and my family — you have helped, encouraged, supported and rolled right along with every crazy idea and every up and down of small business life. I couldn’t have done this year without you.
And to my clients — whether you’ve been with me for years or walked through my door for the first time this year — thank you for choosing me and trusting me. Every appointment, referral, review, share and kind word has helped build this little business into what it is today.
To everyone who came out to celebrate with me today, you truly made the day special. I felt the love, and I’m ending this first anniversary feeling incredibly grateful.
A year ago, I wasn’t sure exactly how this was all going to work.
One year later… wow. It worked. And it worked better than I could have imagined.
One year down, and I’m definitely not slowing down anytime soon. 🖤
