I feel that it is so important to learn and have knowledge about our nervous system!
The nervous system tells us what’s going on in our bodies & why sometimes we experience pain without any on site injury!!
This is why in my sessions with clients I am guiding them to breath deep into their bodies.
To feel safe in the space, so that nervous system can shut off fight-flight mode and turn on rest - digest mode!
This promotes relaxation and healing!
