The No Surprises Act was designed to protect patients and create a fair, binding process for resolving payment disputes. But legislation only works when it’s enforced.

The No Surprises Act Enforcement Act (H.R. 4710/S. 2420) would strengthen enforcement of Independent Dispute Resolution decisions, establish consequences for noncompliance, and increase transparency around enforcement.

For physicians and advanced practice clinicians who believe the law should work as Congress intended, there is an opportunity to make your voice heard.

We encourage eligible clinicians to learn more and add their signature to the petition.
