Bodybuilding isn’t just about building muscle—it’s also about how well those muscles can move and be displayed.

In this session, I’m working on releasing restrictions in the fascia (the connective tissue surrounding your muscles) and helping calm down irritated, overworked tissue. When fascia becomes tight or less mobile, it can limit how freely muscles move and affect how comfortably you hit your poses. Improving tissue mobility can help your muscles move more fluidly, making it easier to practice posing and showcase the physique you’ve worked so hard to build.

Recovery is just as important as training. The better your body moves, the better you can perform—in the gym and on stage.

💪 Are you a bodybuilder or physique athlete looking to improve recovery, mobility, and posing? Send me a DM to book your next session and let’s help your hard work stand out.

Low back tightness isn’t always just a low back problem.

When the hips—especially hip external rotation—are restricted, the lower back often has to compensate for the movement the hips can’t provide. Over time, that extra stress can lead to stiffness, tightness, and discomfort.

In this session, I focused on improving hip mobility while releasing tension through the surrounding muscles of the hips and lower back. The goal isn’t just temporary relief—it’s helping the body move the way it was designed to.

If you’ve been dealing with persistent low back tightness, the source of the problem may be somewhere else.

Feeling a pinch or tightness in the front of your hip?

A common contributor can be restricted hip mobility and limited movement of the femoral head within the hip socket. By improving mobility, addressing surrounding tissue restrictions, and restoring proper joint mechanics, movement can feel smoother and more comfortable.

Move better. Feel better.

Tight calves and restricted ankles can affect everything from walking and running to overall movement quality. Today’s session focused on restoring mobility, reducing tension, and helping my client move with less discomfort and more confidence.

Your body works better when it moves better. Everything starts at the foot, ankle, and lower leg‼️‼️

Putting in work with one of my bodybuilding clients as competition gets closer. When the training intensity goes up, recovery becomes just as important as the workouts themselves. Keeping the body moving well, reducing tightness, and staying ready to perform can make all the difference on stage.

The goal isn’t just to train harder. It’s to recover smarter. 🔥

Performance isn’t built on training alone. Recovery plays a role too. 🏐

Every jump, sprint, dive, and practice puts stress on the body. Recovery work helps athletes move better, feel better, and stay ready to perform at a high level.

Train hard. Recover harder.

Your hands do more work than you think.
Grip, lift, type, train, scroll — all day, every day.

A little work on the thumb and hand can make a huge difference in mobility, strength, and pain reduction.

Moms carry a lot—and rarely take time to slow down and be taken care of.

For this Mother’s Day, I opened a limited number of sessions this Saturday at a preferred rate.

A chance to reset, unwind, and give back to someone who’s always giving to everyone else.

Only a few appointments available.

DM me “MOM” to reserve a spot.

You’re not just tight—you’re probably missing strength or control in key positions.

Massage and manual stretching modalities are a great way to reduce restriction and create opportunity for real improvement—but what you do after that is what determines whether your body actually changes.

Your body works as a unit. When one area isn’t doing its job, everything else compensates.

At Reset Factory, the goal is to help you move better, feel better, and get your body firing on all cylinders again.
