October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and for us, this month is more than awareness. It's a reminder of where our story began and why our mission matters.
For our COO and co-founder, breast cancer was more than a diagnosis. It was a life-changing experience that helped inspire the creation of IMS and a mission to make a meaningful difference in healthcare.
Today, that purpose continues to guide our work, reminding us that behind every advancement in healthcare are real people, real stories, and lives worth fighting for.
This month, we honor the fighters, celebrate the survivors, remember those we've lost, and stand with everyone affected by breast cancer.

Reflecting on our time at ASTRO last week, we’re incredibly grateful for both our amazing clients and our outstanding team. It was wonderful to spend time together, reconnect, and continue strengthening the relationships that mean so much to us.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, spent time with our team, and helped make this one of our best ASTRO experiences yet. We’re grateful for the conversations, the connections, and another memorable year at ASTRO!

14 years later, we’re heading back to where it all began.

In 2012, Iron Medical Systems attended our very first ASTRO Annual Meeting — and it just happened to be in Boston. Next week, we’re returning for ASTRO 2026, and it’s pretty special to think about how much has changed and grown since that first show.

One thing that hasn’t changed? Us. We built the cloud that radiation oncology runs on. It’s still running. Fourteen years later, we’re still here, still evolving, and still focused on supporting the technology behind patient treatment.
