Have a wedding, vacation, photoshoot, reunion, or big event coming up?

The best aesthetic results usually come from planning ahead, not squeezing treatments in at the last minute.

A general timeline I like to recommend:

💉 Tox: 4 weeks before
This gives your treatment time to fully settle and allows room for a follow-up if needed.

💋 Filler: 6 weeks before
Swelling and bruising can happen, and filler needs time to integrate and settle into its final result.

✨ Microneedling + skin treatments: 4–6+ weeks before
Depending on the treatment, we may want to plan a series or give your skin plenty of time to heal and glow before your event.

For bigger events, I always prefer to start earlier so we can create a treatment plan instead of rushing the process.

Radiesse vs. Sculptra… so which one is better? 👀

Well, it depends on what your skin actually needs.

✨ Sculptra works by stimulating your own collagen over time, making it a great option for gradual volume restoration, skin quality, and overall facial support.

✨ Radiesse also stimulates collagen, but depending on how it’s used, it can provide more immediate structural support while improving firmness and skin quality over time.

Both are biostimulators, but they’re not interchangeable and I choose which one to use based on your anatomy, skin quality, degree of volume loss, and your long-term goals.

Sometimes the answer is Sculptra.
Sometimes it’s Radiesse.
Sometimes it’s a little bit of both. 🤍
