Unify Health Where strength training meets recovery and longevity. I treat and train bodies to perform at their prime. Nagging injuries that have never resolved.

Unify offers individualized coaching, small-group personal training, and recovery services in a controlled, intentional environment designed to support movement, performance, and long-term health. My background as a Licensed Athletic Trainer, Massage Therapist, Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Pilates. I specialize in:

Soft-tissue sessions that combine traditional massage therapy principles

with my advanced training in rehabilitation

Personal Training sessions that pull my higher education in human movement and sports medicine, into traditional training sessions. Bridging the gap for new 'graduates' of Physical Therapy needing 1-on-1 attention and a methodical progression and emphasis on manual therapy. Private Pilates sessions. Small-group TRX Suspension Training Classes

Flexibility and mobility are not the same thing.
Flexibility is having range.
Mobility is being able to control and use that range.
That’s why mobility work matters.
Tissue work and stretching can help reduce restriction, but if you don’t build strength and control around it, your body usually falls back into the same patterns.
Real mobility training helps you move better, recover better, lift better, and feel better outside the gym — not just during workouts.

Meet Coach Nicole!

Nicole is a Gilbert, Arizona native. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Nutrition, Exercise, and Health Science while competing on the Husker Women’s Track & Field team. Nicole went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Duke University.

Since graduating, she has primarily worked in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine setting. She has certifications in dry needling, spinal manipulation, and soft tissue mobilization. Nicole also spends her time coaching high school pole vault in the spring. Her background in physical therapy and coaching allows her other provide personalized care in a group setting.
