"What if I can't see anything during hypnosis?"
This is one of the most common concerns people have before a session.
The truth is, not everyone experiences hypnosis visually.
Some people see images. Some people hear information. Some people simply know things without knowing how they know. Some people feel emotions, sensations, or energy in their body.
In fact, I personally receive a lot of information through feeling rather than seeing.
Your subconscious communicates in the way that is most natural for you.
Many clients come into a session worried because they don't think they have a strong imagination or can't visualize well. But hypnosis isn't about creating something—it's about receiving what is already there.
I've had clients who were convinced they weren't getting anything during their session, only to realize afterward that they received powerful insights through feelings, emotions, thoughts, and inner knowing.
The less pressure you put on yourself to "see" something, the easier it is to trust what is coming through.
There is no right or wrong way to experience hypnosis.
Your subconscious knows exactly how to communicate with you. ✨
