To live in a world where no woman dies of cervical cancer, a completely preventable disease. Our Mission

To bring accurate and affordable cervical cancer prevention, screening, and treatment technologies to the world's most vulnerable women. Along with partners and stakeholders, we perform medical research and fieldwork in Latin American, Asia, and the Caribbean. Through this evidence-

based approach, scalable blueprints of sustainable strategies can be applied in communities throughout the world to prevent, identify, and treat cervical cancer. More research and implementation work is needed to transcend the borders of health inequity. BHI, our partners, and the communities we serve are compelled to find solutions to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. By building the laboratory infrastructure for COVID-19 testing, we are also expanding HPV testing.
