This week Evolve is celebrating 5 years! Thank you to everyone who has supported us, referred to us, and trusted us with your care ❤️

It is amazing to see how Evolve has grown in 5 short years. Susan and Jen are so incredibly proud of all of the Evolve staff - the deepest Thank You for bringing heart and compassion to the clinic everyday!

Pelvic PT is this incredibly rewarding branch of physical therapy that gives providers the chance to really get to know people. Some days it is challenging and on others it is a celebration. As we spend more time with our patients they can start to hold a special place in our hearts for one reason or another. The owner of these feet is no exception, and today was her last day.

It is always hard to say goodbye to people you care about. But I know that she is moving on to the next phase because we accomplished what we set out to do, and her new needs are just not in my wheelhouse.

As sad as I am to see her go, I am so proud of all that she has accomplished during our time together. Thanks for all the laughs, tears, and quality music. ❤️

Hannah Brien was decked out in scrubs as she shadowed surgery today at URMC! A HUGE Thank You to Dr. Jain and the URMC Urology team for allowing Hannah to observe all the action!

As part of our mentorship program at Evolve, Hannah has worked with area physicians to get a COMPLETE understanding of what pelvic health patients go through.

Better understanding = better care. 💪
