🔑🏠 A HUGE milestone for Ray!!

Earlier this week, Ray got the keys to his very first apartment! He also stopped by Friends of the Poor in Scranton, where he picked up dishes, a coffee maker, curtains, a tablecloth, and some of the essentials that will help make his new place feel like home.

The smile says it all ❤️ A new home, greater independence, and an exciting new chapter ahead. Congratulations, Ray!

🏡 Home Sweet Home, Joe! 💙

Joe recently reached an incredible milestone by moving into his new apartment at Kingston Manor!

A place to call your own is about so much more than having a new address. It's a reflection of hard work, growth, and increased independence. We're so proud of everything Joe has accomplished to reach this moment and excited for all that's ahead.

🪪 A Small Card, A Big Accomplishment 💙

Jonathan recently celebrated an important milestone by renewing his state ID after it had been overdue for nearly a year.

With support from his team, Jonathan completed the paperwork, visited the DMV, and proudly walked away with his new ID in hand. It may seem like a simple task, but moments like these build confidence, promote independence, and open the door to new opportunities.

The smile on Jonathan's face said it all. Congratulations, Jonathan! We are proud of you and all you've accomplished.

📚 A New Chapter Begins

Sometimes, the smallest milestones create the biggest smiles.

When Kirsten recently visited the Pittston Memorial Library , she shared fond memories with her DSP about going there as a child and having her very own children's library card. Staff suggested it was time for an upgrade, so she applied for her first adult library card.

She was so excited that she proudly told everyone around her the good news. Since then, she's been returning to the library regularly, exploring new books and taking part in crafts.

Moments like these are about more than a library card. They're about confidence, independence, and continuing to build connections within the community. Congratulations, Kirsten! 💙
