Moving closer to the halfway point of my Dog Tag Fellowship has given me a chance to reflect on how much this journey is teaching me—personally, professionally, and as the founder of The Inner Sparkle Effect.
I am learning that I do not need to have everything figured out before taking the next step. I am learning to trust myself, trust the process, ask for help, accept feedback, and lean on the people around me who genuinely want to see me succeed.
Every day looks different. Some days I feel confident and productive, while other days remind me to slow down, regroup, and keep going. This fellowship has stretched me outside of my comfort zone and challenged me to believe in myself. I am grateful for that growth, even when I may not feel grateful for it in the moment.
Although I have had my business for several years, grief, loss, caregiving, and challenges involving loved ones have sometimes pulled my attention away from growing it. This fellowship is helping me return to The Inner Sparkle Effect with a new perspective.
I am learning how to build the business behind the service to better understand who I serve, the value I provide, the strategy behind my vision, and what it takes to create something sustainable for the future.
Personally, I am learning to believe that I am worthy of the opportunities in front of me. Professionally, I am becoming more intentional about where The Inner Sparkle Effect is going and the impact I want it to have.
Most importantly, I am learning not to give up, not on my business, my purpose, or myself. ✨
