What comes up for you when opportunity knocks?

Be honest.

When someone presents an opportunity, is your first instinct to look for the reasons it won’t work? Or do you find yourself excited by the possibilities it could create?

There are countless examples.

Maybe it’s an all-inclusive vacation you’ve always wanted to take.

Maybe it’s the chance to create something you’ve dreamed about for years.

Maybe it’s the opportunity to finally let go of a burden you’ve been carrying and experience a little more peace.

Search your heart.

Sit with this for a moment.

Think about opportunities you’ve encountered in the past.

Were you open to them?

Or did you immediately begin searching for the flaw, the catch, the reason it wouldn’t work?

Sometimes, without realizing it, we sabotage our own possibilities. Negative thoughts can become roadblocks that keep us standing still.

Sometimes we spend so much time imagining the “perfect” answer that when a real solution arrives, we dismiss it because it doesn’t look exactly the way we envisioned.

And sometimes, people are wired differently.

They see possibilities instead of obstacles. They remain open. They trust the process. They take the next step and allow things to unfold naturally.

I’m genuinely curious:

When opportunities present themselves, are you looking for solutions… or are you looking for reasons you’ll never rise above your current circumstances?

Selfcare,to me, is a full reset with my massage therapist.
I like to keep my consistent schedule of monthly massages. Sometimes I will go sooner, however I want you to understand that taking care of our bodies is necessary in order to have a much more balanced and healthy life. Pictures of a successful massage for me look like this. These treatments do not reflect what everyone needs. However, this is what works for me to avoid repetitive use injuries.
