Most people think a great workout means doing the hardest exercise possible.
I disagree.
A great workout is performing the RIGHT exercise for YOUR body.
In this video, my client wasn’t able to properly perform Slider Knee Tucks. Instead of forcing the movement, I modified the exercise until we found a variation that could be performed safely and correctly.
That’s what coaching is.
Real coaching isn’t about making everyone do the same workout. It’s about making adjustments in real time based on your strength, mobility, limitations, and movement patterns.
