In this video, my client wasn’t able to properly perform Slider Knee Tucks. Instead of forcing the movement, I modified the exercise until we found a variation that could be performed safely and correctly.

That’s what coaching is.

People say they want change… until correction comes with it.

You hired a coach for accountability, guidance, structure, and honesty — not just compliments. Constructive criticism isn’t hate. It’s someone trying to help you become better than your current habits.

Growth requires uncomfortable conversations sometimes.
Better form. Better effort. Better consistency. Better mindset.

You can’t ask for results while rejecting the feedback that produces them.

Exercise: Elevated Foot Single Leg RDL

Why This Exercise Is Important

1. Builds the glutes through a deeper stretch and stronger hip extension.
2. Strengthens the hamstrings individually, helping correct left-to-right imbalances.
3. Improves hip stability and balance, which helps knees and lower back move better.
4. Trains the glutes and hamstrings to absorb force instead of the lower back overworking.
5. Helps strengthen the posterior chain — one of the most important muscle groups for posture and pain prevention.
6. Improves core control and pelvic stability, which can reduce unnecessary stress on the lumbar spine.
7. Teaches proper hinging mechanics, helping people move safer during daily life and workouts.
