🥴 Being sore all the time doesn’t automatically mean you’re injured.

More often than not, it means you’re under-recovering.

And here’s the part people don’t love to hear:
📣 No amount of sauna time, cold plunges, massage guns, or foam rolling will fix chronic soreness if you’re not fueling your body properly.📣

Those tools can help you feel better short term, but they don’t fix the problem.

Real recovery comes from:
• eating enough

• carbs to replenish glycogen (Stop with the “carbs are bad bullsh*t”)

• adequate protein

• hydration

• sleep (consistently)

If you’re training hard while trying to eat less, “stay light,” or push through fatigue, chronic soreness is the signal...not the problem.
